Frequently asked questions

You will receive an email from SA Cargo Report with a link to the platform. Once you log in, you will be prompted to create a unique password and fill out your profile with necessary information such as your name, address, experience, and profile picture.

Be sure to check your spam or junk mail folder. If you still can’t find the email, please contact support support@surveyassociation.com for assistance.

Once you log in, you will see a list of available tasks under “pending survey requests”

To open a report, select “open surveys” in the left sidebar and follow the steps to complete it with the necessary information and documents.

Click on your name in the platform’s upper right corner. You can edit your personal details, company information, and contact details there.

Make sure you’re using the correct password. If you’ve forgotten it, you can use the “Forgot Password” option to reset it. If the issue persists, please contact support@surveyassociation.com

Check your internet connection and try refreshing the page. If the problem continues, please contact support for assistance.

If you need to change a report after it has been submitted, please contact support to help you update it.
